Millions More Predicted to Die from TB

Millions More Predicted to Die from TB

Note that the 10 million deaths per year, predicted for 2050, is just for multidrug-resistant tuberculosis. There are many more infections that could be untreatable.

The 230,000 deaths per year currently is of course 230,000 too many. All up 700,000 people are dying annually because of the declining usefulness of antibiotics.
